Born on August 16, 1973 in the village of Dmitrievka, Tambov region. In 1995 he graduated from the Kachinsky Higher Military Aviation School named after A.F. Myasnikov. Was doing his military service at the Borisoglebsk Center for Pilots Retraining, for the 14th Guards Fighter Regiment. Since 2003 he has been serving at Kubinka air base. During his service, he mastered Yak-52, L-39, MiG-29, Su-27, Su-30SM and Su-35S aircraft. His flight time on these types of aircraft reaches 2,200 hours. He has been a member of the group main structure since 2010. Married. Raises a son and a daughter. He is fond of hockey and cars.
